1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 3888fb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any person ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by 3888fb, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, instant win products, bonus programmes, and payment services.

These Terms are subject to periodic revision. The version published on this page supersedes all prior versions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to 3888fb is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on 3888fb.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Non-exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, third-party exclusion, or regulatory exclusion order that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended 3888fb account. One account per person, per household, and per payment method is permitted.
• Own funds: All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player is under the age of 18, 3888fb will suspend the account immediately, freeze all associated funds, and conduct a formal age verification review. Any winnings accumulated during the suspension period will be withheld pending the outcome of that review. If the player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, deposits returned where technically possible, and all winnings forfeited.

3. Account Obligations

When you register a 3888fb account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3888fb Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 3888fb will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 3888fb support immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending the completion of a security review.

• Accurate information: All registration details — name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number — must be truthful and match the identity documents you provide during verification.
• Password security: You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password and for changing it promptly if you suspect it has been compromised.
• Device security: Do not access your 3888fb account from shared or public devices. Always log out after each session on non-personal devices.
• Notification of changes: You must notify us promptly of any change to your registered email address, phone number, or payment method details.
• No account transfer: Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any account credits to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative has been pre-approved by the 3888fb payments team following a formal verification request. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds.

3888fb reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending the completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or bonus wagering requirement confirmation. • Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any conversion fees charged by your mobile wallet provider or bank are your sole responsibility.
• Own accounts only: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own legal name.
• No chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider while retaining account balances constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

3888fb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on the bonus offer page at the time of opt-in.
• Time limits: Each bonus has a validity period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Unused bonus balances and associated winnings will expire automatically at the end of this period.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, table games, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages, as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus before completing an existing one may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• No retroactive application: Bonuses cannot be applied to deposits or bets made before the bonus was claimed. Bonus terms are not altered after a player has opted in.
• Abuse prevention: 3888fb reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Where a maximum withdrawal limit applies to a specific bonus, this limit will be stated in the individual offer terms. The default maximum cashout from a free bonus (no deposit required) is ৳5,000 unless stated otherwise.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 3888fb — including slot machines, live dealer tables, instant win products, and sports betting markets — operate in accordance with their published rules. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before participating. 3888fb accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not generate a confirmation should be reported to support immediately.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in the event of match abandonment, incorrect odds, technical errors, or where the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets are returned to the player's account as withdrawable cash.
• Malfunction policy: In the event of a game or platform malfunction, 3888fb reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by the malfunction. Bets cannot be settled on the basis of results achieved during a malfunction period.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3888fb and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Money laundering: Using 3888fb for any transaction that constitutes, or is intended to facilitate, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Multi-accounting: Registering more than one account, whether in your own name, under a different identity, or on behalf of another person, to gain an unfair advantage or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Software exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised tool that interacts with the 3888fb platform without human input.
• Bonus abuse: Deliberately exploiting bonus structures through arbitrage betting, multi-account bonus claiming, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Chargebacks: Reversing a payment through your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform.
• Platform integrity attacks: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, stress-test, or otherwise compromise the security, stability, or integrity of the 3888fb platform or its underlying infrastructure.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

3888fb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• The player has failed to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by 3888fb.
• The player's account shows patterns of activity consistent with money laundering, fraud, or bonus abuse.
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment reversal against a 3888fb transaction.
• Continued operation of the account would expose 3888fb to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The player has voluntarily requested closure of their account or has applied for self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified at their registered email address within 24 hours of the suspension being applied. 3888fb will aim to complete all account investigations within 14 business days of the initial suspension.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account — whether for personal reasons or as part of a responsible gaming decision — may do so by contacting 3888fb support at [email protected]. A voluntary closure request will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance will be returned to your most recently used payment method provided that identity verification has been completed and no outstanding withdrawal holds exist on the account.

Self-exclusion is available for periods of 30, 90, or 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, all access to 3888fb is blocked and no deposits are accepted.
